Overview

Syncause supports integration with a variety of mainstream monitoring and observability platforms, enabling the collection and unified analysis of multi-dimensional data such as Trace, Log, Metric, and Topology. With standardized data integration capabilities, you can quickly aggregate data from your existing monitoring systems into Syncause, achieving centralized operations and intelligent analysis.

We have tested and optimized integration with common platforms to ensure data collection stability and compatibility. For systems not yet tested or fully supported, you can still connect via custom integration.

Data Integration Capabilities

Syncause seamlessly ingests diverse observability data types, enabling you to build a unified monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting platform.

Supported data categories include:

• Metrics: Quantitative indicators that reflect the real-time operational health of systems and applications, such as CPU and memory utilization, disk I/O throughput, and network traffic. Metrics provide the foundation for trend analysis, anomaly detection, and alerting.
• Trace: Distributed tracing data that records request execution paths across microservices and infrastructure layers. It helps visualize request flows, uncover latency hotspots, and pinpoint performance bottlenecks or failing components.
• Log: Event and diagnostic data emitted by applications and infrastructure. Logs capture system activities, errors, and business events, serving as a critical source for incident investigation, auditing, and compliance.
• RedMetric: A standardized set of service-level indicators — request rate, error rate, and duration — that provide a concise view of service reliability and user experience.
• ServiceInstance: Granular runtime entities within application services. Instance-level data enables fine-grained performance analysis, anomaly correlation, and topology-level insights.
• Topology: A dynamic graph representing system components, services, and their dependencies. It visually maps inter-service communication and architectural relationships, providing context for impact and root cause analysis.
